Do you offer test rides before purchasing?
Yes, we encourage test rides at our Sydney showroom. Please bring a valid ID and a helmet, or we can provide one for you to ensure the bike fits your riding style.
What is the typical range of a full battery charge?
Most of our electric bikes offer a range between 40km and 100km depending on the model, terrain, rider weight, and the level of pedal assistance used.
How long does shipping take within Australia?
Standard shipping usually takes 3-7 business days for metro areas. For regional locations, please allow up to 10 business days for your bike to arrive safely.
What kind of warranty comes with the electric bikes?
All our bikes come with a comprehensive manufacturer's warranty, typically covering the frame for 5 years and electrical components, including the motor and battery, for 2 years.
Do the bikes arrive fully assembled?
Bikes shipped to your door are 85% assembled for safety during transport. You will need to attach the pedals, handlebars, and front wheel. We provide all necessary tools and a video guide.
What is your return policy for electric bikes?
We offer a 14-day return policy for unused bikes in their original packaging. Please note that a restocking fee may apply, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
