At Sydney Electric Bikes, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your high-performance ride. If your e-bike or accessory isn't the perfect fit, we offer a 14-day return period for unused items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team via email with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Equipment

  Carefully repack your item in its original box, ensuring all chargers, keys, manuals, and tools are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship or Drop Off

  Send your package back to our Sydney warehouse via a tracked courier service or schedule a drop-off at one of our retail locations.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Our technicians will inspect the bike for any signs of wear; once cleared, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
